Each individual player is permitted to hold one registered account on AK L. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, AK L reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balances that were obtained through the use of multiple accounts.
When you register, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any payment information you add to your account. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
AK L may ask you to verify your identity at any point. This is a standard part of responsible platform management. Verification documents typically include a government-issued identity card, passport or other official photo ID. You may also be asked to verify your payment method by providing supporting documentation. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfied.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your AK L account login credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes linked to your account.
AK L will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to AK L in a timely manner.
AK L accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The full list of currently available deposit methods is shown in the cashier section of your account. Payment methods may be added or removed from time to time; AK L will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes to available methods.
The minimum deposit amount at AK L is displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be processed. All deposits are credited to your AK L wallet in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied to PKR deposits.
You may only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your account, is not permitted. AK L reserves the right to request proof that the payment method belongs to you before processing withdrawals.
If a deposit transaction fails after funds have left your payment method, please contact AK L support with your transaction reference number and the date and amount of the transaction. AK L will investigate and credit the funds to your account if the payment was successfully received on AK L's end.
Withdrawal requests are submitted through the cashier section of your account. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. AK L does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposits on your account.
Your identity must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed. If verification has not been completed at the time of your withdrawal request, the request will be held pending verification. Completing verification does not guarantee approval of a withdrawal — AK L may conduct additional checks as part of standard account review.
Standard withdrawals are processed within the timeframe displayed in the cashier at the time of request. VIP players at Platinum and Diamond tier benefit from priority withdrawal processing. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and by account VIP tier. Diamond VIP members have the highest withdrawal limits available on the platform.
AK L offers bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits and any specific conditions stated at the time the offer is presented. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer.
Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of PKR 10,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed at the time of claiming.
Each bonus or promotion specifies which players are eligible. Some offers are available to all registered players; others are targeted to specific segments, VIP tiers or players who have not yet used a particular platform section. Attempting to claim a bonus you are not eligible for is a breach of these Terms.
All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting. If the wagering requirement has not been completed by the expiry date, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account. The expiry period for each bonus is displayed in your account's bonus section.
All games available at AK L — including Slots, Live Casino, Bingo and any other game type — are governed by the individual game rules presented within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those rules alongside these Terms.
The AK L Sports section covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, domestic cricket, Football and Esports markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.
A bet is accepted once it appears as confirmed in your account's bet history. Bets not appearing in your history have not been accepted. AK L reserves the right to decline a bet or to limit the stake on any market at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
Odds may change between the time you place your bet and the time it is confirmed. Where odds change before confirmation, AK L will notify you of the new odds and give you the option to accept or decline. If you do not respond within the displayed timeframe, the bet will not be placed.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum number of overs, innings or minutes required for settlement have been completed, bets will be voided and stakes returned. The specific minimum completion criteria for each sport are displayed in the sports betting rules section of the platform.
In-play bets are subject to market suspension at any time. If a bet cannot be processed before a market suspension, the bet will not be accepted. Placing in-play bets on information not yet reflected in the live odds — for example, using a faster data source than AK L's feed — is considered an unfair advantage and is prohibited.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account within a rolling 24-hour period. These limits are displayed in the sports section. AK L reserves the right to split or delay payments that exceed the stated maximum payout limit.
The AK L VIP programme consists of four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. VIP points are earned through real-money wagering across all platform sections. The rate at which points are earned, the thresholds required for each tier and the specific benefits available at each level are detailed on the VIP page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AK L platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited:
AK L reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete verification, suspected fraudulent activity, chargebacks initiated against AK L, or inactive accounts that have held a zero balance for an extended period.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the registered payment method. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, balances may be withheld pending investigation.
You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting AK L support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be completed to your registered payment method.
AK L provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted, AK L's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant issue arose. AK L is not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
AK L is not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, device failures, third-party payment processing delays or events of force majeure.
AK L collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of your agreement with AK L and should be read alongside these Terms.
AK L will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and, where you have opted in, for marketing communications. You can manage your communication preferences from your account settings at any time.
AK L may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, AK L will notify registered players via the platform notification system or by email to the address registered on your account.
